When you remember me, please don’t shed a tear, for I’ve received my wings, my legs, my arms—my mind and body have no fear. No more hospitals, no more pain to endure, I’m healthy and whole, wrapped in love so pure. Though my body may rest, I’m never far away; my soul is back with Jesus, in His everlasting care.

I’m grateful to my wonderful, strong Mother, the greatest of all, for loving me fiercely, sacrificing her time to handle it all. To my big brother Nick, my right-hand man, your support and inspiration made my life grand. And to my two dads, Anthony & Wayne, your love felt just right, a comforting gain.

To the doctors who cared, with hearts full of grace, Dr. Keith Klein, Dr. Jason Kirk, Dr. Victor Nitti, Dr. Sang Kim—I’m grateful you were there. A special shout out to Dr. Klein, who listened with care, Understanding my challenges, always willing to share.

When life feels heavy and the world turns cold, lift your eyes to the stars; let your heart be bold. Pray to God above; He’ll guide you with care, wrapping you in His arms; I promise He’ll be there.

Know I’m in heaven, waiting—rejoice! Embrace the love of Jesus; let it be your choice. Feel my spirit nearby, a cool breeze that’s true, so don’t cry for me; I’ll always be with you. This isn’t the end; I’ll be waiting for you, For God has taken me home; cast away your fear. Cherish each moment; remember the poor, let love be your guide, and know I’m with you forever more.
